This is not yer namby-pamby-let's-get-out-the-Weber-dear BBQ. This is serious ten-hour, case-o-beer meat smoking. Me and my neighbor Jim smoked a little meat this weekend. Took a case of beer to get it done just right. Yum!





This weekend was Roots-and-Blues BBQ festival in Columbia. Pretty good BBQ (not as good as above), but a lot of interesting faces there.
Transportation, living quarters, meat smoker and beer coolers - It's a guy thing!
